For the past 24 years, I have had the privilege of working in diverse mental health settings, supporting people like you on their paths to healing and growth. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), I bring both professional expertise and deep compassion to my work.

My work is evidence-based yet highly personalized, meeting each individual where they are. I walk alongside my you with a collaborative, trauma-informed, and relational stance, creating a space where you feel truly seen and supported. Most importantly, I draw out your strengths and expertise in your own life.

Grounded in attachment theory, somatic therapy, neuroscience, and emotions, my integrated approach is both curious and deeply attuned to your unique journey.
